it Vanishes
Lost Earth focuses on the overlooked and discarded.
Made entirely from a patchwork of deadstock fabric, this experiment examines the aesthetic possibility of using “left over” textiles to construct clothing for the outdoors. Working with found textiles is inherently limiting. Rather than fight limitations, we embrace a new aesthetic that relies on mixing unaltered fabric in our pieces. The resulting patchwork is a direct reflection of this process.
By transforming what is discarded or abandoned into something distinct we create a new, irreverent aesthetic possibility. Making the most of what we find.
